Faculty Interview

Professor Nicholas Blunt

• Eric's Student Adviser
• Reiterates Prof Tracy's recollections but didn't think Eric was on drugs.
• Spoke about yesterday's site hacking. Offered to get police involved to pull info for ValemontSux.  Prof Blunt refused, said this is a "private university matter."
• Wondered if Eric not really missing, part of a "hoax." [CL note  - Don't think this is the case.]
• Cut interview short.

Eric's Dorm Room

• No sign of forced entry.
• No sign that Eric was preparing for a trip - personal effects still in place, but nothing personal - no cards, letters, photos of friends/family.
• No laptop/computer/cell phone. 

Anonymous Tip

• Mole in Valemont Study Group says group is for "exchange of information."

Faculty Interview

• Spoke to Prof Blunt briefly, who recalled Eric having a cell phone. 
• No leads on last week's hack.
• Stressed that Eric's profile - and all student profiles - are password-protected, password selected by students. 

Thoughts

• Who has Eric's password?
• Could it be Eric Gracen?
• Students/faculty back on Tuesday, interviews to continue.

• University's Homepage hacked

• Prof. Blunt said that only students have access to their profile page via password.
• Who has Eric's password?
• Easily hacked?

Student Interviews

Valemont current students & faculty on break for long weekend, will return to campus on Tuesday to conduct more interviews. However, if anyone has any information, I will be monitoring my email and this blog all weekend. whereisericgracen@gmail.com. Please note that any email sent becomes a part of the formal investigation and may be printed publicly.

• Anonymous student suggested that "Panthera House members" might know more.
  
• Will have access to Eric's dorm room tomorrow.

Faculty Interview:

Prof Walter Tracy

• Eric seemed conflicted, "struggling with something." 
• No info on friends or associates. 
• Attendance spotty, but engaged when he was in class
• Missed midterms 
• Promised he was compiling an "alternate history" paper, that would "expose their secrets."
• Prof suspected drugs?

Student who mentioned 'bearded man' did not stop by. 

If you have any information or even knew Eric, please stop by the Lecture Hall, rm 216. I'll be there until 5pm.
